The Mayor, who went on an inspection on Hosur Road, Adugodi, Koramangala and surrounding areas with members of the advertisement sub-committee, spotted a number of unauthorised hoardings that had been put up by various companies. She directed the officials to have them removed.
Begum, who took exception to a 60-feet long hoarding put up on the Forum Mall, informed that at present, there was no provision in the existing bye-law to initiate action. "The new bye-law will apply to all such commercial buildings," she added.
