The Bangalore Metro Rail project continues to be a thorn in the coalition’s flesh: A day after chief minister N Dharam Singh said the project would go ahead, JD(S) supremo H D Deve Gowda on Sunday said there was no change in his earlier stand.

Gowda told reporters here: “My stand remains the same. There are no further changes in that respect.’’
