FARM FRESH Namdharis cultivates over 80 varieties of vegetables and fruits

Namdhari's Fresh, retailers of fresh fruits and vegetables, has now opened its fourth outlet in Jayanagar. The store already has outlets in Indiranagar, Koramangala and Sadashivanagar.

The makers claim that the vegetables and fruits are grown with the minimum use of pesticides. "We believe in the healthy giving properties of naturally grown products," said Uday Singh, Chairman and Managing Director of Namdhari's.

Namdhari's opened its first outlet in 2000 in the city with the aim of exporting fresh vegetables and to provide a premium quality produce to domestic customers.

Namdhari's cultivates over 80 varieties of vegetables and fruits and it is also said to be the first Indian company to receive the EUREP-GAP (European Retailers Certified Vegetable Growing and Exporting Firm) certificate.
