The State Cabinet on Tuesday gave its administrative approval for the Minerva Circle flyover to be executed by the Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BMP) at a cost of Rs 14.41 crore.

According to BMP sources, the four-lane flyover will have two arms ascending from Sajjan Rao Circle and R V Road, will negotiate Minerva Circle and descend 200 metres from Bharat Talkies junction. The process of calling the tender applications has been completed and work is likey to commence soon after monsoon, the sources added.
