City records the highest temperature

The Times of India

Bangalore: Tuesday could well go down as the hottest day this summer. The day recorded a temperature of 37 degrees C.

The humidity also stood at 34 per cent and people perspired like never before. With the heat beating down on them, people queued up in front of fresh fruit juice stalls to quench their thirst.

Some offices on M.G. Road and Residency Road recorded an increase in the usage of air-conditioners.
