Chaos to increase at Dairy Circle flyover

The opening of the flyover across the Dairy Circle is only expected to worsen the congestion here in the near to medium term as the construction of the flyover at the next intersection at the Jayadeva Institute of Cardiology is expected to be finished only by November 2005. A huge volume of harassed motorists are expected to now deviate towards the Dairy Circle only to increase the congestion here.
