Quality given a go-by

Even when our infrastructure projects take forever to be completed, the quality of the emerging structure remain as bad as they can get. Given this, the Mayor P.R.Ramesh has ordered several infra projects to be speeded up as his term ends in December and he has nothing to show for it!
